The primary purpose of The Lock Accessory Store is to provide natural hair accessories and related products and services for those with natural hair or for stylists in the natural industry. All store members of The Loc Accessory Store agree to abide by the following policies posted herein AND any changes or updates to the The LocHair Accessory Store Terms of Service. These terms may be modified at any time without notice.   We offer a variety of products which are made by various manufacturers.  When cared for properly, fabric items from the lockscrunchie manufacturer should last you 2 to 3 years. DVD videos, including each instructional dvd are played in our office prior to shipping to ensure working quality on both Dell labtops, hp personal computers and standard dvd players.   It is recommended that you view the dvd's on a dvd player that is connected to an actual television as the dvd's are created with the purpose of playing on players with a television connection.

The Accessory Store is owned and administrated by Kenzoku Kimani.

CHARGEBACKS, REFUNDS, ACCOUNTING
For your benefit and in compliance with Federal, State, and local health laws, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are accepted on anything that is worn on the head.
Once the item has left our possession we cannot sell it to another customer.   All clients that request orders from The Loc Hair Accessory Store are also stating by their request and emailed receipt, complete compliance and agreement of all contained terms and also agree (due to the volatile nature of this industry) that we do not offer any form of a refund. Confirmation emails are sent when we receive your order request.  If you do not reply to the email indicating that you have no desire to receive the order, our office assumes that you placed the order and the order has been processed and will ship. If you fail to provide a contact telephone number when registering with the store, we reserve the right to make a decision whether or not to process your order. We recommend that you purchase more than one hair accessory, so that you will not find yourself depending on wearing the same one often. This will decrease the amount of wear and tear on that one specific hair accessory. This also is the reason we often run specials. WHEN WE OFFER FREE JEWELRY OR FREE OTHER HAIR ACCESSORIES AS IN OUR BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SPECIALS THE FREE ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE..THIS IS WHY THEY ARE FREE. 


Further more you agree that you indemnify The Loc Hair Accessory Store for any or all issues that may arise from this relationship. You agree to take all responsibility and risk involved with subscribing to, using and or ordering from our store.

Additionally: If you charge back The Loc Hair Accessory Store for your authorized order (Signified by your verified order to The Loc Hair Accessory Store and verified login to the back office), you will be levied with a $300 fee for processing, the amount of your charge back, plus $20 for each occurrence of the bank fee caused by your charge back. Do Not charge back The Loc Hair Accessory Store for any reason.

Charge back rebuttals require at least 3 hours of preparation, mailing, fax costs, and can damage our good standings with our merchant account.

If we lose the rebuttal, we will sue you to recover our loss. This suit will also include attorney's fees. Example charge back: ($10.00 + $300 + $20 = $330.00 x 3 = $990.00 + attorney's fees [$300] = $1290.00). You will be required to appear in New Jersey to defend against this claim. If you lose, we sell your judgment to TRW as well as add you to the Internet charge back database, affecting your credit rating until your judgment is satisfied.

Furthermore, if you file a charge back claiming fraud and we can prove otherwise, we will also file criminal charges against you.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are packaged and ship within 24 to 48 hours, thus we do not accept emails for cancellations because of the inability to verify the cancellation came from you and the nature of abuse email carries.


RESELLER SUBMISSION CLAIMS
Resellers are each of their own entity. If you make a purchase from a reseller you must contact that reseller directly regarding your purchase. The Loc Hair Accessory Store has no control over those who choose to resell products.   

SUSPENSION OF USER ACCOUNT
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for any reason. Any account terminated for breach of this policy will not receive a refund. Some examples of what may result in account termination:

Submitting a chargeback for items that you clearly ordered, and accepted upon delivery; Ordering items, wearing and then using said items and then forcibly returning them with out even speaking with anyone at our office; The Internet is frequently described as the last forum for free speech. People regularly clash loudly over such matters as race, religion, sexual preference, and political standing. It is difficult to be on the Net for any length of time without being offended by someone. It is also quite possible to do the offending therefore Posting statements within communities, on guest books, or in public view that attempt to destroy our credibility and or image will result in an immediate termination of a user account; We will investigate any complaints we receive, either by our users or others, but action will NOT be warranted if the disruption does not directly relate to The Loc Hair Accessory Store; Using the refer a friend link to send excessive emails which constitute as spam, unsolicited mail, fraud or misrepresentation.

If a user's presence in our store jeopardizes our primary purpose, we may suspend or terminate that user's account.

The Loc Hair Accessory Store reserves the right to issue a warning in lieu of terminating or suspending an account but this will be on an individual case and does not wave further breaches of this policy.

The Loc Hair Accessory Store reserves the right to update and/or modify this policy as The Loc Hair Accessory Store sees fit. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy do not place orders with, at or from The Loc Hair Accessory Store. Any person, company or entity requesting services from or placing orders with The Loc Hair Accessory Store is stating total compliance and acceptance of this policy. Further any person, company or entity requesting services from The Loc Hair Accessory Store either directly or through a 3rd party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Loc Hair Accessory Store or any of its agents, employees, officers or principals in any legal action that arises as a result of use of services, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with all The Loc Hair Accessory Store services or products.

General Terms and Conditions/Service Agreement to all services that are provided by The Loc Hair Accessory Store
This agreement applies to all services and products provided by The Loc Hair Accessory Store, (resold service and/or products or services/and or products actually provided by The Loc Accessory Store. ALL clients of The Loc Hair Accessory Store (Hereafter referred to as Client) is bound to the following openly posted terms of agreement. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Loc Hair Accessory Store or any of its agents, employees, officers or principals in any legal action that arises as a result of use of services, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with The Loc Accessory Store Products or Services. All copyrightable/trademarked or patented works are the exclusive property of  the manufacturers and or owners of each individual product and or hair accessory.  Client maintains a license to use copyrightable works for publishing on the Internet as long as Client remains a client in good standing utilizing The Loc Hair Accessory Store services and/or products. Client and The Loc Hair Accessory Store agree that all products or services purchased or obtained free by Client is bound to these terms. Client understands that all prices listed for website development services are only estimates and that the actual bill will reflect normal hourly cost for time involved unless noted by "not to exceed" or "quoted cost" which must be approved by the The Loc Hair Accessory Store. The Loc Hair Accessory Store makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services offered, including warrantees of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Client agrees not to hold The Loc Hair Accessory Store responsible for any loss suffered as a result of using The Loc Hair Accessory Store services and/or products, regardless of cause.

Client agrees to adhere to policies as published online by The Loc Hair Accessory Store., including restrictions on acceptable use and all other policies designed to protect and enhance the quality and reliability of all The Loc Hair Accessory Store service and/or products. The Loc Hair Accessory Store reserves the right to modify or change such policies as needed. Any rights herein granted cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by anyone other than the Client. Client agrees to compensate The Loc Hair Accessory Store for any cost including but not limited to legal fees, court cost or any other expense paid in attempting to collect debits owed to The Loc Hair Accessory Store. If any term in this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this agreement, including all the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and Newark, New Jersey will be the venue for any litigation in which The Loc Hair Accessory Store or any of it's agents are named as defendants. This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication or agreement.

All clients that request services and/or products from The Loc Hair Accessory Store are also stating by their request complete compliance and agreement of all contained terms and also agree (due to the volatile nature of this industry) that we do not offer any form of a refund. Further more you agree that you indemnify The Loc Hair Accessory Store for any or all issues that may arise from this relationship. You agree to take all responsibility and risk involved in your involvement with registering with our store, ordering products and/or services and representing the company you have hired us to market on your behalf.
