CHARGEBACKS, REFUNDS, ACCOUNTING

Additionally: If you charge back The Lock Scrunchie Hair Accessory Store/ Lockscrunchie.com for your authorized order (Signified by your verified order to The Lock Scrunchie Hair Accessory Store/ Lockscrunchie.com and verified login to the back office), you will be levied with a $300 fee for processing, the amount of your charge back, plus $20 for each occurrence of the bank fee caused by your charge back. Orders are packaged and ship within 24 hours, thus we do not accept emails for cancellations because of the inability to verify the cancellation came from you and the nature of abuse email carries.
